Job Description

  • Lead the central growth and planning function, translating strategy into execution
  • Own AOP planning and weekly performance cadence across cities and categories
  • Build pricing intelligence systems and dynamic pricing capabilities
  • Drive in-app demand, digital merchandising, and customer engagement strategies
  • Develop customer lifecycle programs from onboarding to retention
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership across supply chain, finance, product, and category teams
  • Build and scale high-performing teams across growth initiatives
  • Drive key business metrics including GMV, revenue, conversion, and retention

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-16 years of experience, with leadership exposure in growth/demand roles
  • Background in e-commerce or quick commerce and FMCG
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to build and scale teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and technology teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
