Job Description

  • Oversee financial accounting, compliance, treasury, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal financial requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to enhance profitability.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective cash flow and treasury management.
  • Support decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.
  • Good to have fund raising experience, preferably debt side in a domestic market.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Finance should have:

  • Qualified CA/MBA preferred
  • Strong educational background in accounting or finance.
  • Proven expertise in the Transport & Distribution industry, specifically Third-Party Logistics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Experience in overseeing financial operations in a large organisation.
  • Analytical skills to assess financial performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
