Job Description

  1. Own the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap, spanning ERP, CRM, HCM, and other SaaS platforms.
  2. Lead cloud-first transformation by defining architecture, integrations, and modernization initiatives across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
  3. Manage and scale a large global delivery organization, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and alignment with business outcomes.
  4. Partner with CxOs, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to align IT strategy with enterprise goals.
  5. Drive adoption of best practices in program delivery, security, compliance, and data governance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 18+ years of IT leadership experience with a strong track record in enterprise applications, ERP/CRM/HCM implementations, and SaaS solutions.
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and system integration.
  • Proven experience in leading large global teams, vendor management, and driving multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at the boardroom level.
  • Background in consulting, BPM, or technology services preferred.
