Job Description

  • Define and own the full software development lifecycle across engineering.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing distributed engineering teams.
  • Drive product delivery, scalability, performance, and security in a cloud-native setup.
  • Oversee system and product architecture; ensure tech excellence and agile best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO and product stakeholders to align engineering goals with business strategy.
  • Promote a strong engineering culture around ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in SaaS.
  • Proven record of building scalable, distributed systems and leading large teams.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern programming stacks.
  • Strong understanding of agile, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent people leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Degree from a Tier 1 engineering institute (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent).
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/ML, data engineering, and global team management.
