Provide recommendations for innovative solutions.Compliance: Ensure digital platforms comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.The Successful ApplicantMust be from Insurance background, preferrably Life.Educational Background: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital distribution or distribution, with at least 5 years within the insurance or financial services industry. Experience in forming and managing strategic partnerships is highly desirable.Track Record: Proven track record of driving digital sales and achieving business growth.
