Job Description

  • Assist in Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Business Head to develop and implement the digital distribution strategy.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify digital opportunities and trends. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Targets: Own Sales target of digital channel and monitor performance against these targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide feedback. Assist in conducting performance reviews.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of digital initiatives
  • Identify Opportunities: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and alliances that can enhance the company's digital distribution capabilities.
  • Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including technology providers, digital platforms, and other relevant organizations.
  • Negotiation and Agreements: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with new partners. Ensure that partnerships align with the company's strategic goals and deliver mutual benefits.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with partners to develop and implement joint initiatives that drive digital sales and improve customer experience.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support digital distribution.
  • External Relationships: Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Support Digital Transformation: Assist in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies. Provide recommendations for innovative solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure digital platforms comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

Must be from Insurance background, preferrably Life.

Educational Background: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital distribution or distribution, with at least 5 years within the insurance or financial services industry. Experience in forming and managing strategic partnerships is highly desirable.

Track Record: Proven track record of driving digital sales and achieving business growth. Demonstrated success in developing and managing partnerships.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
