Job Description

  • Develop and present investor updates, board presentations, and business performance summaries
  • Evaluate and execute investment opportunities to align with organizational goals.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with financial stakeholders and proactively address queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, financial models, and investor data rooms.
  • Oversee due diligence processes and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare investor roadshows, manage analyst briefings, and drive regulatory compliance.



The Successful Applicant

  • CA or CFA or MBA (Tier 1) with 3+ years of experience in Corporate Development or Investor Relations
  • Candidates should be from Startups or D2C background
  • Candidate with IPO experience are preferred
