Job Description

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on regulatory matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the banking and financial services sector.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
  • Handle regulatory inspections and audits with a proactive approach.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP - Compliance should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in law, finance, or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • Experience managing compliance frameworks within the banking and financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry practices in Mumbai.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise effectively.
