Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic business goals.
  • Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
  • Drive cost optimisation initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory financial requirements.
  • Mentor and guide the finance team to achieve their professional goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Business Finance should have:

  • A strong background in Accounting & Finance with expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognised institution (Tier 1 preferred), not looking for CAs
  • Proven leadership experience in managing financial teams and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex financial scenarios.
  • Familiarity with the Technology industry, particularly the Internet sector.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
