Job Description

  • We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record to step into the role of VP- Business Development to join our client's Sales & Operations team.
  • This is a front-end sales role. You will be directly responsible for identifying and representing our client and its products to customers.
  • Drive end-to-end sales of our SaaS product from prospecting to closure. You will be expected to sell to a diverse set of clients like hospitals, doctors, government departments, and IT companies.
  • This role is suitable for someone adept at building and maintaining business relationships, negotiating deals, and leading a team towards our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attend industry events and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients within the events and conferences
  • Establish and oversee our client's products at industry events to actively promote, present our solution, and facilitate sales
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, solutions, and recommendations to the clients and be the PoC for the clients
  • Hone the company's sales strategy and business development plan, hatch marketing strategies, sales processes, and best practices to boost event sales.

Prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals
Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Goals Measured Against Recurring Revenue

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT Hardware /Software sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Experience with handling in-person sales at corporate events
  • Flexible, organised, and able to handle competing priorities
  • Willing to travel to meet customers and represent client's at events and meetings.
  • Candidate should be based out of Bangalore/ Chennai/ Mumbai
