Our client is a leading player in specialty packaging and polymer-based solutions, offering advanced films for packaging, labeling and lamination. They've also expanded into adhesives, coatings and masterbatches, strengthening their position in high-growth, value-added segments.

Job Description



The Vertical Head will be responsible for the following:

  • Support the Business Head & CEO in developing and executing strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and manage high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional coordination.
  • Conduct data analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic briefs to aid executive decision-making.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • B.Tech (Chemical) from tier 1 college + Master's degree in business administration (MBA), preferably in Marketing, from tier 1 college
  • Experience of 8-10 years in an executive assistant or project management role supporting C-suite executives
  • Techno-commercial experience in managing the coatings / adhesives / masterbatches product lines.
