Origination and Deal Execution§ Drive origination efforts by cultivating relationships with founders, VCs, and ecosystem partners.§ Evaluate new deal opportunities, lead investment committee presentations, and structure venture debt transactions across diverse sectors.§ Negotiate terms, documentation, and covenants to optimize risk-return for the fund.2. Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Strategy§ Oversee portfolio monitoring processes, ensuring accurate tracking of financial covenants, milestones, and early-warning signals.§ Develop and implement frameworks for proactive risk management and value creation within the portfolio.§ Provide strategic recommendations on restructuring, follow-on investments, or exits.§ Strategically syndicate transactions to co-investors, private credit funds, and institutional stakeholders.§ Actively present investment opportunities and maintain relationships with syndicate participants.§ Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify syndication and co-investment opportunities.3. Fundraising and Investor Relations§ Partner with senior leadership to support capital raising from institutional LPs, family offices, and UHNW investors.§ Prepare and deliver compelling investment materials, fundraising decks, and portfolio updates.§ Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors, providing data-driven insights into fund performance and market dynamics.4.
