Job Description

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights into customer needs and behaviours.
  • Analyse research findings and compile actionable reports for the design and development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research into product development processes.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to enhance understanding of target audiences.
  • Utilise various research tools and methodologies to evaluate user experiences and pain points.
  • Present research findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience research.
  • Ensure that research processes align with organisational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UX Research Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in user research methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey findings effectively.
  • Experience working in the technology and telecoms industry is preferred.
  • A keen eye for detail and a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
