Job Description

-This is a dual role: one to operationally support O365 and unified collaborations platforms and second to lead a team of Power platform developers to deliver automation initiatives. Role requires candidate to have a deep understanding of the collaboration platforms and a willingness to learn and successfully deploy new technologies. On power platform side candidate understands all facets of the continually evolving Microsoft Power Platform
-Be responsible for daily operational support of the client's global collaboration platforms including Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams and related Microsoft 365 technologies. Coordinate Unified Collaboration Team coverage for operational support including collaboration technologies not exclusive to Microsoft.
Providing operational support for Voice technologies including CUCM, SBC and endpoint technologies.
Providing Operational support for Video and conference room technologies

The Successful Applicant

Have demonstrated knowledge in collaboration solutions, design, build and management
Have experience with design and development on the Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code platforms
Have experience in architecting technical solutions including integrations with key systems (ERPs, Salesforce, Workday)
Have good hands-on ability to coach team leads and developers in Power Platform design across Power Apps, Power Flows, Power Automate and Power BI
Have good experience with supporting and administering MS Exchange, O365/M365 platform
