Job Description

  • Cash Flow management: Monitor daily cash balances and forecast cash flow to ensure liquidity, while executing cash positioning, funding, and short-term investments
  • Treasury Operations: Execute foreign exchange transactions and implement hedging strategies to manage currency, interest rate, and commodity risks
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate credit, market, and operational risks through robust policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Banking Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions and negotiate banking services, fees, and terms to maximize organizational value
  • Treasury Strategy: Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with corporate financial goals, while staying informed on market trends, regulatory developments, and best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) preferred
  • Proven experience in treasury management, cash management, or banking, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, banking products, and treasury operations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and treasury management systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with external partners
