Job Description

  • Lead transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
  • Create program visibility for the MD and stakeholders with timely updates on initiative progress, risks
  • Manage initiative-specific tracking for timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Consolidate and analyse data to provide actionable insights and accurate reporting as needed across modules
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualisations needed to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs like efficiency, cost takeout, etc
  • Document action items, minutes and key decisions from leadership connects to actively track to closure

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transformation Manager should have:

  • An MBA degree from a reputed B-School
  • 3+ years in consulting/ PMO roles
  • Experience in business planning with exposure to cross-functional teams
  • Expertise with relevant program management tools and software
  • Expertise with analytical tools - excel, Power BI etc
