  • Lead the execution of financial transactions.
  • Develop and manage investment strategies along with exits.
  • Independently identify investment opportunities and lead complex transactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transaction Lead should have:

  • 10-12+ years of overall experience buy-side capacities within the infrastructure industry.
  • Open to Mumbai as a location.
  • Candidate should come with buy-side experience in a Private Equity or Fund leading infrastructure investments.
