This position is part of the global compensation and Benefits team that is responsible to drive Agile rewards framework for EMEA region. The role is responsible for designing and implementing the Benefits interventions, wellbeing initiatives and compensation practices that can help to maintain a competitive position in the market from Total Rewards Standpoint.

Job Description

  • Develop and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to benefits administration.
  • Evaluate current benefit offerings and recommend improvements to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits options and enrollment processes.
  • Monitor and analyse benefits costs to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on benefits-related matters.
  • Stay updated on trends and changes in the industrial and manufacturing sector to implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Benefits Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in benefits administration within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements in the ceramic industry.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in benefits-related software and tools.
