Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive rewards strategies in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Evaluate and enhance compensation structures, ensuring competitiveness in the industry.
  • Manage benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of rewards with employee performance and retention strategies.
  • Conduct market bench-marking and analysis to provide recommendations on salary bands and incentive structures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Communicate rewards policies effectively to employees and address related queries.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through tailored rewards programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management.
  • Proficiency in market bench-marking tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to design effective rewards programs.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional collaboration.
