Comes with 15 years experience in HR across TM, OE among other practises
Experience with Shared services setup is a must have
Strong leadership skills: courage to challenge and ability to influence, drive change, and impact across matrix organization.
Strategic thinking: understand the dynamics/value drivers of the business and how to translate these into current and
future talent needs
