Job Description

  • Leading the technology department, ensuring its alignment with the business's goals.
  • Developing and managing the company's technology strategy and operations.
  • Implement and optimize the current tools used across ERP, CRM and in-house applications.
  • Ensuring the company's technology systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business goals.
  • Maintaining relationships with partners and vendors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have,

  • 10+ years of overall experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Must have experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion and Salesforce
  • Ability to challenge senior technical experts
  • Ability to manage relationships at CXO levels, both internally and with implementation partners
