Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of 30+ professionals while owning end-to-end delivery of integration projects from planning through go-live
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and executive stakeholders, translating technical progress into clear business outcomes
  • Oversee integration architecture and solution design while identifying and mitigating delivery risks, dependencies, and scope creep
  • Manage escalations and drive seamless execution across development, testing, and transition to steady-state operations, ensuring all documentation and SLAs are in place

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Service Delivery Manager should have:

  • 10-15 years of experience in delivery, program management, or consulting roles
  • Strong experience in system integrations (SaaS, HRIS, IAM, APIs)
  • Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams (20-30+)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level interaction
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture and data flows (how systems connect and exchange data)
  • Ability to manage complex programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments
