Job Description

  • Delivery and support of applications and services, in alignment with strategy and roadmap
  • Ensures products are developed and features are prioritised in line with Bupa's Technology Strategic Framework, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, optimisation and innovation in technology services leveraging Bupa's scale and CoE's
  • Responsible for all aspects of run and change for portfolio of technology products and services adopting DevSecOps practises where possible, to deliver resilient, secure and strategically aligned services
  • Responsible for information security and data protection of products and services at all stages of product lifecycle and in accordance with Bupa policies and standards and in alignment with the Group Functions Information Security strategy and governance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Senior technology professional with significant experience delivering complex product delivery
  • Experience in transforming from waterfall to agile ways of working and leading cross-functional product teams
  • Strong experience managing technology run and change delivery including testing and release.
  • Comfortable making technical decisions in alignment with policies standards
  • Senior level stakeholder engagement expertise with the ability to understand product-level content as well as executive-level strategic thinking, and translate into technology service provision
  • Innovative mindset with experience in user-centricity and design thinking ways of working
