Job Description

  • Design and implement talent management strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of leadership development programmes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent needs.
  • Analyse workforce data to forecast and plan for future talent requirements.
  • Manage succession planning and career development frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all talent-related activities.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on talent management practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in talent management within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and development strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
