Job Description

As Head of Talent (AVP/VP Level), you will be responsible for:

🔹 Leading talent acquisition, learning & development, engagement, and capability-building functions.

🔹 Partnering with senior leadership to design and implement best-in-class HR & talent strategies.

🔹 Driving succession planning, leadership development, and workforce capability enhancement.

🔹 Enhancing employer branding and creating a robust employee experience strategy.

🔹 Managing large-scale workforce planning for a highly dynamic, multi-site manufacturing environment.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant:✅ 15+ years of HR/Talent Management experience, specifically in manufacturing companies.

✅ Full-time MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

✅ Proven expertise in leading Talent Strategy at a corporate level in large legacy organizations.

✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to drive HR transformation initiatives.
