Job Description

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for Core Tech and Enterprise Technology roles in India.
  2. Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with global hiring goals.
  3. Drive initiatives in employer branding, nontraditional sourcing, and recruitment marketing.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
  5. Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform hiring decisions.
  6. Champion recruitment best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.



The Successful Applicant

a) 1-4 years of experience in technology recruitment, preferably in high-growth or global environments
b) Strong understanding of sourcing platforms and recruitment lifecycle.
c) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
d) Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving work cultures.
e) Analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex hiring challenges.
f) Education: Full-time MBA preferred - Tier 1/Tier 2 B-Schools
