Exciting opportunity to lead the India Technology Talent Acquisition charter for a high‑growth engineering/product organization. It shall be based in Gurgaon.This role drives capability expansion and will oversee hiring across multiple domains in Tech, Data, Product and Engineering.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product/strategy leaders.
  • Execute the talent strategy for India to build and scale high-performing teams.

Job Description

  • Define and execute a TA strategy aligned with business goals and hiring forecasts.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing TA team.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to engineering/product leadership on hiring needs.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for critical tech roles-especially senior and leadership hires.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines using creative sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
  • Track and report on TA metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Ensure compliance with hiring laws and maintain strong candidate experience.
