Job Description

  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee HR functions for manufacturing, R&D, sales, and corporate functions, managing a diverse and large workforce.
  • Lead initiatives in cultural transformation, stakeholder management, and employee engagement to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Drive compliance, collaboration, and mindset change across stakeholder groups, including manufacturing heads and sales leaders.
  • Spearhead organizational change initiatives to align with global standards, preparing for future succession planning opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably 18+ years across large-scale manufacturing, R&D and sales-driven organizations.
  • Proven expertise in driving transformation, change management, and cultural evolution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse groups, including senior leadership.
  • A track record of building HR strategies that balance immediate priorities with long-term vision.
  • Global experience (preferred), with an understanding of succession planning and preparing for global leadership pipelines.
  • Open to Ahmedabad as a location, WFO
  • Candidate should come with experience in the manufacturing industry, managing at least 10,000 employees.
