Job Description

  • Create and deliver digital and technology strategy for the business which would include product development, maintenance of the product, Infrastructure, Data Management, Cloud Services and Enterprise architecture
  • Focus on digital deliveries that would enable business metrics of the organisation perform better
  • Lead a technology team with streamlined processes and create procedure for the system to be agile and focused on performance and stability with change in technology

The Successful Applicant

  • Overall 18+ years of experience; preferable from the Insurance or the BFSI industry
  • Experience in large transformation projects and has experience of operating on high ambiguous setting to build a long term product i.e. scalable, stable and efficient
  • Experience in building products with Micro services, Containerisation, cloud computing, Big Data and Web/Mobile tech stack
  • Strong trans-formative and analytical mindset
