  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
  • Report on sales performance and forecast future sales trends
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate should come with 15+ years of experience managing HR touchpoints like Head HR, CHROs etc.,
  • Candidate must have sold HRTech SaaS/HRMS/B2B Edtech/Recruitment solution in the industry
  • Candidate must have led the team in the past
