Job Description

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimise collection processes and improve recovery rates.
  • Analyse portfolio performance and identify trends to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical insights with business objectives.
  • Design and monitor predictive models for collections and credit risk assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all analytical activities.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Mentor and guide the analytics team to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SVP Collection Analytics should have:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Economics, or Data Science.
  • Strong expertise in analytics within the financial services or fund management industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
  • In-depth understanding of credit risk modelling and collection strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
