Job Description

  • Oversee all Talent Acquisition operations and strategies across the organisation.
  • Lead, develop and motivate the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Plan and manage recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Manage recruitment budget and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Talent Acquisition.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'SVP & Head - Talent Acquisition should have:

  • At least 15 years of overall experience in Human Resources.
  • Open to WFO, 5 days a week
  • Candidates who come with experience dealing with the Life Insurance industry will be preferred.
