Job Description

  • Lead the complete supply chain operations from PO release to customer delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Drive daily coordination with production, dispatch centers, and logistics teams to maintain service levels and fill-rate targets.
  • Monitor inventory across multiple distribution centers, managing ageing, cycles, and safety stock norms.
  • Align supply and demand by integrating inputs from production, sales, and demand planning teams.
  • Strengthen outbound logistics-reducing bottlenecks, improving reliability, and optimizing cost.
  • Resolve supply chain issues end-to-end, covering delays, shortages, stock mismatches, and misshipments.
  • Track KPIs such as OTIF, fill rates, inventory turns, and ageing; implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, commercial, and finance for operational alignment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 10-15 years in FMCG, Food Processing, Consumer Goods, or Agri-based industries.
  • Skills: Expertise in supply planning, distribution, multi-DC logistics, inventory management, and operational execution.
  • Tools/Exposure: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities; experience working with production, sales, and logistics systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations; MBA preferred.
  • Traits: Collaborative, hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in fast-changing demand environments.
