Job Description

  • Lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to ensure system reliability and scalability in Thane.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of automation strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Lead the business by onoarding new clients and growing existing accounts
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of critical technology systems and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system improvements.
  • Develop and maintain incident response protocols and disaster recovery plans.
  • Identify and address potential system vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology services.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the SRE team to achieve organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SRE Head should have:

  • A strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing and maintaining technology infrastructure within the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Experience in pitching to clients from various sectors
  • Handling a P&L
  • Experience in automation tools and practices to improve system reliability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements in technology services.
