Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
  • Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Partner with sales, service, and fulfilment teams to drive commercial insights and cost optimization.
  • Deliver business performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee group-level MIS reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Support strategic projects including new product launches and manufacturing expansion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering accountability and excellence.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial reporting processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - FP&A should have:

  • CA or MBA (Tier-1) qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven background in FP&A, business finance, or revenue finance within automotive, EV, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
  • Exposure to large-scale operations (₹5,000+ Cr P&L) or high-growth startup environments.
  • Expertise in SAP and strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and drive data-backed strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
