About Our Client

Our client is a well-funded and one of the fastest growing fintech organizations in India.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the Product & Marketing teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and introduce new product offerings to the market together with Customer Support, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams.
  • Initiate, structure, and negotiate with prospective customers (merchants) for high impact partnerships.
  • Develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Develop & effectively manage sales/ business development pipeline.
  • Understand needs of different customer segments and identify potential opportunities.
  • Identifying potential customers and market opportunities for the organisation.
  • Establishing a rapport, Negotiating and Acquiring new Merchants/ resellers.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in a business development role & a proven track record of driving results through negotiation.
  • Good understanding of the Payments ecosystem - Cross Border Payments preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in Merchant Acquisition space/ Payments/ Fintech is preferred.
