Job Description

  • Client service delivery/execution: Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilisation
  • Business development: Manage clients & accounts and built professional relationships while meeting business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients
  • People Management: Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach
  • Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies

The Successful Applicant

  • B.E. / B.Tech / MBA (from a premier institute) with a good academic background
  • At least 6-9 years of relevant post MBA experience of working Health-care, Hospitals or relevant consulting background
  • Industry experience in Life science Operational consulting and Business analytics will be preferred
  • Consulting experience in Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering and Business systems
  • Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts (if with relevant consulting experience)
  • Willingness to travel at least 3 days in a week
