Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Corporate Finance and M&A initiatives for a listed industrial group.
  • Originate, evaluate, and execute strategic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Manage complete due diligence - financial, legal, commercial, and regulatory.
  • Drive commercial negotiations and transaction structuring, ensuring optimal deal terms.
  • Oversee legal documentation, coordinating with advisors and internal teams.
  • Manage tax structuring, compliance, and corporate setup for new ventures or acquisitions.
  • Review financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses prepared by the team.
  • Lead post-deal implementation and integration, ensuring smooth transition and value capture.
  • Mentor & lead a team analysts and collaborate closely with promoters and senior leadership on growth initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, or M&A, with at least 1-2 end-to-end transactions executed.
  • Background in core industries such as Metals, Mining, Manufacturing, Power, or Industrial sectors.
  • CA or MBA preferred with strong understanding of deal structuring, due diligence, and valuations.
  • Proven ability to work independently, lead complex transactions, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with promoters and senior leadership on high-impact decisions.
