Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various types of commercial and partnership contracts
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide legal advice on business strategies, risks, and operations.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
  • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Support the leadership team with strategic legal insights to drive business growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognised institution and at least 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
