Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR projects aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of HR initiatives and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide support in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant regulations.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement in HR operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager HR should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources
  • Proven expertise in HR project management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
