Job Description

  • Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering goals with overall business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise desktop, web and cloud applications using Java stack, javascript , and various database systems.
  • Familiarity with on-prem infrastructure, containerization, and Azure Cloud
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, security practices, secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC), and quality assurance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to the homewares and DIY retail sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Manager Engineering should have:
