Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end civil procurement including tendering, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and work order issuance
  • Manage procurement for civil, finishing, façade, and asset upgradation packages across projects
  • Conduct detailed BOQ analysis, validate pricing, and ensure cost optimization
  • Work closely with internal teams (projects, design, operations) to ensure timely execution
  • Drive vendor management, audits, compliance, and reporting across procurement processes

The Successful Applicant

BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in procurement for commercial, retail, or hospitality projects. Strong experience in tendering, rate analysis, vendor negotiations, and handling end-to-end procurement cycles.

Good understanding of market pricing, ERP systems, and procurement tools, with the ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple stakeholders.
