Assist / Liaison with business division heads in reviewing the financials, budgeting, spends, provisioning, Latest Estimate in line with the business Performance.2. Develops an understanding amongst business division heads on key matrices and interrelatedness with bottom line. Coherently arriving at Where to Focus, How to maximise ROI and EBIDTA.3. ROI Matrices, spreading awareness as to what type of investments are better yielding leading to logical decision points.4. Liaise with division heads, reviews GC for each product; partners with Procurement, P2P/LL teams, Distribution for improving the COGS.5. Internal Benchmarking amongst group business divisions for best in case scenario on these metrices6. Partner with Marketing heads and division heads in developing awareness of brand performance at a territory level. Possibly, arrive at territory/PCPM wise profit metrices.7.
