About Our Client

Our client is a listed global SAAS organisation, with their operations and customers spread across countries. We are mandated to hire their Sr Director Strategy, housed out of their India office in Bangalore, working with the global strategy team.

Job Description

  • Drive the highest‑priority enterprise strategy initiatives-impacting long‑term growth, portfolio decisions, and operational focus.
  • Work directly with senior executives (CEO, CFO, and VP‑level leadership) as a trusted thought partner on major strategic decisions.
  • Execute end‑to‑end strategy: from framing problems and conducting deep analysis to delivering recommendations and ensuring follow‑through.
  • Collaborate closely with globally distributed teams, including strategy groups based in India, ensuring alignment and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop high‑impact board‑level and investor‑facing materials articulating strategic narratives and insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of experience in management consulting in tier 1 consulting firms
  • Education from tier 1 business schools (India / US)
  • Proven ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and drive decisions in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Prior experience of working with US stakeholders is a must
  • Background in SaaS or technology environments is highly preferred.
