The Head of Integrated Marketing & Demand owns end-to-end demand and growth across:Digital, Inbound, SDR-led and outbound-assisted motions, Field & Events, ABM, PLG-assisted signals, and Partner-led GTM.
  • Lead the overall Demand Generation charter for the company, based out of Gurgaon
  • Lead a team spread across marketing and SDR / BDR team

Own pipeline and revenue outcomes

Run integrated campaigns and GTM strategy

Run the SDR team as a growth engine

Lead the ABM charter for global enterprise clientele

The Successful Applicant

Experience

● 14+ years in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech Marketing

● Proven ownership of integrated demand and growth at scale

● Experience across digital, SDR-led motions, field, ABM, and sales-aligned GTM

Capability

● Strong grasp of funnel design, analytics, automation, and budget management

● Comfortable using AI and modern martech to drive execution speed and insightLeadership

● High-energy, builder mindset

● Strong cross-functional influence with Sales, Product, SDRs, and RevOps

● Thinks in systems, leverage, and repeatability, not one-off campaigns
