Job Description

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across the funnels including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns with the help of an agency.
  • Partner with the creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches.
  • Lead the development of best-in-class paid campaigns, and strategic and innovative plans that yield significant business revenue.
  • Identify, test, and optimize the best performance marketing channels to drive user growth, - ROI, and incremental revenue.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
  • Handle and manage budgets for all campaigns. Prepare regular, monthly, and quarterly, reports on campaign metrics.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant:

  • Bachelorʼs or masterʼs degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Has at least 6+ years of professional work experience in campaign management and digital marketing.
  • Previous experience working in a B2B tech company will be a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools for SEM (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc).
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices, A/B testing.
  • Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading, designing, and implementing successful digital campaigns.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major engines like Google, Linkedin & Facebook.
  • Experience in handling campaigns through an agency and ensuring best practices and regular optimizations.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user journeys across funnels.
