Job Description

  • Provide SAP system support to ensure seamless operations within the chemical industry processes.
  • Position will focus on streamlining our SAP archiving strategy, consulting internal stakeholders onSAP archiving, and providing operational support for the SAP Output Management System (OMS).
  • You will also help coordinate SAP support streams and establishindustry-best-practices in ITIL processes.
  • Experience with Automic (UC4 Job Scheduling), SAP GUI, FIORI, KGS (Archiving)
  • SAP Basis knowledge and exposure to international teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SAP Support should have:

  • 4+ Years of relevant experience
  • A strong educational background in technology, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in SAP system operations and support.
  • Configure, patch, and maintain the UC4 job scheduling in SAP environment.
  • Expertise in tools and technologies; perform technical updates, regular maintenancefor applications like Automic (UC4 Job Scheduling for SAP systems), SAP GUI,FIORI, & KGS (Archiving application).
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex job workflows, schedules, often involving dependenciesand multi-platform integration
  • Resolve job failures and other incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide technicalsupport to end-users
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (including SAP Basis, infrastructure, functional streams) toensure job execution aligns with business needs.
  • Take ownership of shaping and implementing a future-ready SAP archiving approach thatsupports compliance and efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for SAP archiving topics and guide internal teams with your expertiseand help them make informed decisions
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
