Pre-SalesPartner with Sales post-discovery to lead demos, POCs, and technical deep divesUnderstand customer workflows, use cases, and decision driversTailor demos and technical narratives to clearly articulate business valueTranslate complex capabilities into simple, compelling customer outcomes2. Solution Design & ArchitectureMap customer requirements to platform capabilities and integrationsRecommend scalable architectures, APIs, data flows, and deployment patternsIdentify product gaps early and propose configuration-led or architectural solutionsEnsure designs meet performance, compliance, and reliability standards3. Technical Relationship ManagementAct as a trusted technical advisor throughout evaluation and implementationProactively manage technical objections, risks, and dependenciesInfluence enterprise decision-making by demonstrating feasibility, impact, and ROI4. Cross-Functional CollaborationShare structured field insights with Product to inform roadmap prioritiesWork closely with Engineering on POC requirements, blockers, and clarityBridge customer needs with internal capabilities to ensure successful delivery5.
