Job Description

  • Design and develop end-to-end architecture solutions to support business objectives in the insurance sector.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, and align with industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during implementation phases.
  • Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document architectural designs and ensure proper handover to relevant teams.
  • Participate in technology discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in technology and their application within the insurance industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solution Architect should have:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in solution architecture role 
  • Should have minimum 3 years of solution architecture experience delivering enterprise grade software solutions in cloud platform (AWS (must)). 
  • Possess a deep understanding of the insurance domain with expertise preferred in life/health, advisory distribution business. 
  • Hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture and full-stack development. 
  • Hands-on experience in delivering holistic enterprise-grade solutions for areas like digital/cloud transformation 
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms like GenAI with a strong self initiative to keep up with evolving technological trends  High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
