About Our Client

The hiring company is a small-sized organisation operating in the financial services and fund management sector.

Job Description

  • 10 to 16 years in software engineering with at least 4 years in an architect or principal engineer role - mandatory prior experience at an NBFC, bank, or lending-focused fintech
  • Demonstrable ownership of lending system architecture - has designed LOS, LMS, or collections systems from the ground up, not just contributed features to an existing platform
  • Design and develop scalable architecture for a lending platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platform components.
  • Hands-on with LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System)



The Successful Applicant

A successful Solution Architect - Lending Platform should have:

  • A strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions in financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with lending platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
