Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end R&D activities at the Bangalore site, driving strategic direction and operational excellence.
  • Assemble, develop, and empower a strong team of technical and business leaders.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to shape and deliver on the software roadmap for Test & Measurement products.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline and nurture skill development to meet evolving R&D needs.
  • Champion a collaborative, innovation-led culture that prioritizes engagement, growth, and shared values.
